Observed container stacked while wet. Code: Food storage containers shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food.

Observed standing water in prep-top; observed accumulation of debris on the inside of the microwave. Code: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
