Packages of chili were found to still be frozen at less than 32 degrees. Chili was relocated to double boiler on stove top to be properly reheated to 135 degrees. Employees were educated on proper methods for thawing frozen foods, including placing in reach-in coolers in advance or thawing during the cooking process.
