Observed pans stored as 'clean' with leftover food residue on interior portions of pan. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC placed pans back in line for re-washing procedure.

Observed employee plating food while wearing a watch. CA: No jewelry shall be worn by food service employee while preparing or handling food with the exception of a single band such as a wedding ring. COS: Employee removed watch.

Observed several stacks of dishes wet stacked on clean dish rack. CA: All dishes shall be completely air dried prior to stacking. COS: PIC unstacked dishes to air dry.

Observed exteriors of equipment and gaskets with build up of debris and grease. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. No COS can be noted, inspector must return for follow-up.
