Observed dining tables with food debris. Person in charge stated that tables were cleaned at the start of the shift (10:00 am), However due to high customer volume, employees did not have the opportunity to clean and sanitize the dining tables between customers. Corrective action: PIC was informed and instructed dining table shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent the accumulation of food debris, particularly between customers. COS: Tables were cleaned at the time of the inspection.

Observing a food employee with a cloth and a spray bottle to cleaned dining area- not using the proper cleaning method. CA: Ensure to use either spray bottles and single-use paper towels or 2 buckets (with sanitizer in both buckets and one cloth in each bucket). The first bucket is to clean the table (free from food debris), and the second is to sanitize the table. The person in charge (PIC) was informed and instructed to explain to employees.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed a wet cloth stored on the counter, not submerged in sanitizer as required.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(m) - outer openings protected (c)
Back door not closed as required. Always closed the back door.
