Observed boxes of food stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler and freezer. Ensure foods are stored 6 inches off the floor.

Observed clear buckets (clean) stacking wet on the shelf above the 3-compartment sink. Ensure utensils, equipment are fully air-dried before stacking their vertically.

Observed the cold table and the reach-in freezer in the service area with ice buildup

The cheese cooler in the service area had an ambient temperature was 50°F and cannot be used to hold TCS and RT foods. The unit must be serviced, and gaskets shall be replaced.

The outer surface of the ice machine and grilled chicken press machine was observed with heavy buildup. All equipment shall be frequently cleaned to prevent accumulation. Equipment shall be cleaned by 10/02/2025

Observed the floor around the fryer grill press machine with grease and accumulation. Ensure the floor, walls, and ceiling are cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation.
