Observed evidence of leak in dry storage area. Observed ceiling material falling down with tote container of liquid underneath. CA: Discard box of individually wrapped sugar packets showing signs dried moisture.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(l) - removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pest (c)
observed dead roaches and evidence of roach droppings. Clean all areas of pest activity.
13B - compliance with georgia smoke free air act

remove cigarette ashtray from kitchen. observed at handwash station.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Do not store spoon inside container of slaw. Observed plastic spoon inside of slaw with lid on top in cooler. Code requires utensils are stored: 1. ...in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container;
2.In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon;
3.On a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the food-contact surface of the food preparation table or cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized at a frequency specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(7)(b) and (8)(a);
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used

Observed single service items (cups, utensils, foil) in dry storage area that shows signs of a leak as evidenced by damaged ceiling material and tote of liquid as possible catch basin. CA: move any unopened non-contaminated material to a clean and dry location for storage. Discard any contaminated materials.

observed damaged ceiling material. Replace with easily cleanable material.
