Regulation: 511-6-1.03(3)(a) - food safety manager certification (pf)
Observed CFSM certificate that was being used is for an employee that is no longer employed at the hotel. CA: Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM). Facility will be given 60 days to provide a certificate for a CFSM that is currently employed with the Hotel.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed spray bottle with pink liquid in it labeled "Dairy's Bottle" but with out the common name of the substance in the spray bottle. CA: All toxic chemicals must be labeled with common name.
