Observed staff was unable to find the most recent annual gas fire equipment inspection. CA: If establishment is unable to fine the inspection by close of business they will need to schedule to have it completed by the end of the week. Inspector will follow up on Friday 03/13/2026

Observed double doors leading to patio seating not tight fitting. CA: Openings shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors

Observed facility did not have annual gas fire equipment inspection on file. CA: PIC will schedule inspection to be completed by close of business 06/24/2025

Observed most recent tourist accommodation inspection report was not posted. Inspection report must be posted within 15 feet of entrance in a conspicuous location

Observed leak on first floor starting above office entrance and going throughout dining area. Visible damage to ceiling dry wall over seating and ceiling tiles. CA: Facility will be given 7 days (06/27/2025) to have leak fixed and 21 days (07/11/2025) to repair holes in ceiling and replace damaged ceiling tiles. Inspector will need to speak with company that will be fixing issues due to leaks on the first floor being observed multiple times over the past 2 years

Observed access card locks have been placed on central bathrooms. Per discussion with hotel manager they were unaware that the bathrooms could not be locked. Explained that toilet facilities shall be easily accessible at all times to patrons.

511-6-2-.08(1) - Toilet Facilities-Provided and Accessible Toilet, lavatory, and bathing facilities shall be provided at all tourist accommodations. Such facilities shall be easily accessible, convenient and available to patrons at all times

Observed linen, box spring, and pillow cases with stains on them in room 220 and 214. Maintenance took pictures of all stains and instructed employee to remove all linen.

Room 220: Blood stain on pillow case. Stains on sheets, comforter and mattress cover. Brown debris that appeared as if it may be food crumbs on mattress cover.

Room 214: Stain on fitted sheet. Black smudge on headboard that looked like makeup.

Laundry Room: Stained fitted sheet stored with clean linen

Observed must current inspection was not posted for guest to view. CA: The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed hot water in the bar sink, bathroom sink, and the tub above 120F.

Observed current inspection sheet not posted for customers to view. Manager needs to post the inspection sheet received today

Observed dumpster lid open. The dumpster was not being actively used at the time of inspection. The dumpster lid needs to remain closed when not being used. COS by employee closing the dumpster

Observed side door propped open which leads to the outside. Need to keep the door closed to prevent the entry of bugs and /or rodents.
