Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-02-27: Observed Tuna Salad (45F - Cold Holding); Macaroni Salad (44F - Cold Holding); Chicken Salad (44F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler with an Ambient Air Temperature of 41F. Operator plans to have cooler repaired. Discussed solutions in the meantime, and operator removed items to place in reach-in cooler to cool products down since they were in the cooler for less than 4 hours.
